Our shop is located at 6900 Philips Hwy. Suite 44 in Jacksonville - an easy drive from Fleming Island

Fleming Island commonly connects toward Jacksonville via US-17 and other main roads that feed into the metro area. Getting to Philips Hwy typically involves transitioning from US-17 corridors into Jacksonville connectors, then continuing toward Southside routes. Because the area is south of the city center, route options vary depending on your starting point and the connector roads you prefer.

Fleming Island driving can include longer stretches of direct sun exposure, which makes glare and heat buildup more noticeable. Outdoor parking for errands and daily activities can raise cabin temperatures quickly. Over time, UV exposure can contribute to fading on dashboards and seats. Tint helps reduce glare, lower interior temperatures, and add UV protection that supports long-term interior condition in Florida climate.

Fleming Island drivers often include commuters and families who spend consistent time on the road. Crossovers and SUVs are common and can benefit from heat control and comfort improvements for passengers. Sedans often focus on glare reduction and clear visibility for daily driving. Film choice usually comes down to your comfort goals, how much time you spend driving in bright sunlight, and whether privacy is an important factor for your vehicle type.

FAQ

  • How long does installation take?

    • You can expect anywhere between 1 and 4 hours, depending on what you would like to have done to your vehicle. Some customers may need to change 1 window due to a glass replacement - in that case it would be very fast. If we are working on your SUV with many windows, including a sunroof, these sessions can take more time.

  • When can I roll down windows?

    • We recommend 72 hours after the last window has been completed. It takes time for the adhesive to settle to the surface of the glass. Rolling the windows down can cause the film to brush against the inner workings of the mechanism. When it's freshly applied, it can be vulnerable to the slightest bumps.

  • Which film is best for heat?

    • Ceramic film is the most effective due to the way the material absorbs energy from the sun. If heat is your biggest concern, be sure to let us know and we will ensure you are taken care of.

  • Do you offer a lifetime warranty?

    • We offer an authentic lifetime warranty. For as long as you own your vehicle, we've got you covered.
