Our shop is located at 6900 Philips Hwy. Suite 44 in Jacksonville - an easy drive from Westside
Westside neighborhoods commonly connect through major routes such as I-10 and I-295, with several entry points toward the Southside and Philips Hwy corridor. Your route will vary depending on whether you are closer to Normandy, Jacksonville Heights, or the Oakleaf-adjacent side of Westside. The overall access tends to be direct because the highway network provides multiple ways to reach central and south Jacksonville corridors leading toward Philips Hwy.

Westside driving often includes open highway exposure where sun glare can be strong, especially during late afternoon driving. Bright sunlight can reflect off other vehicles and road surfaces, creating persistent glare on longer stretches. Many areas also involve large open parking lots for shopping and errands, which can lead to heat soak while the car sits outside. Tint helps reduce glare intensity, lower cabin temperatures, and protect interior materials from UV exposure over time.

Westside drivers include a wide mix of vehicles, including pickups, SUVs, and family sedans. Trucks and SUVs with larger window areas often benefit from added heat control and privacy, especially for rear seating and cargo areas. Sedans frequently focus on clear visibility with glare reduction for daily driving. Film choice depends on whether comfort, privacy, or balanced performance is your top priority, along with how the vehicle is used for work and family needs.

FAQ
-
How long does installation take?
-
You can expect anywhere between 1 and 4 hours, depending on what you would like to have done to your vehicle. Some customers may need to change 1 window due to a glass replacement - in that case it would be very fast. If we are working on your SUV with many windows, including a sunroof, these sessions can take more time.
-
-
When can I roll down windows?
-
We recommend 72 hours after the last window has been completed. It takes time for the adhesive to settle to the surface of the glass. Rolling the windows down can cause the film to brush against the inner workings of the mechanism. When it's freshly applied, it can be vulnerable to the slightest bumps.

-
Which film is best for heat?
-
Ceramic film is the most effective due to the way the material absorbs energy from the sun. If heat is your biggest concern, be sure to let us know and we will ensure you are taken care of.
-
-
Do you offer a lifetime warranty?
-
We offer an authentic lifetime warranty. For as long as you own your vehicle, we've got you covered.
