Our shop is located at 6900 Philips Hwy. Suite 44 in Jacksonville - an easy drive from Oakleaf

Oakleaf sits in the southwest portion of the metro area and commonly connects via I-295 and Blanding Blvd (SR-21) depending on the starting point. Access toward Philips Hwy usually involves using these connectors to reach Southside routes. Since Oakleaf is a major growth area with well-marked corridors, planning a direct drive toward Philips Hwy is typically straightforward, even if the exact route varies by neighborhood.

Oakleaf driving often includes frequent errands, school drop-offs, and time spent on wide roads with direct sun exposure. Outdoor parking is common at shopping areas, schools, and community destinations, which can cause the cabin to heat up quickly. Sunlight through side glass can also contribute to glare and interior fading over time. Tint helps reduce heat soak after parking and supports glare reduction and UV protection during daily driving.

Oakleaf drivers often bring family SUVs and three-row crossovers that prioritize comfort for passengers. Larger vehicles can benefit from heat control across bigger window surfaces, especially in rear rows where sun exposure is strong. Sedans and compact crossovers may focus on glare reduction and UV protection with a clean finished look. Film choice is usually based on comfort goals, desired shade, and how often the vehicle sits outdoors during the day.

FAQ

  • How long does installation take?

    • You can expect anywhere between 1 and 4 hours, depending on what you would like to have done to your vehicle. Some customers may need to change 1 window due to a glass replacement - in that case it would be very fast. If we are working on your SUV with many windows, including a sunroof, these sessions can take more time.

  • When can I roll down windows?

    • We recommend 72 hours after the last window has been completed. It takes time for the adhesive to settle to the surface of the glass. Rolling the windows down can cause the film to brush against the inner workings of the mechanism. When it's freshly applied, it can be vulnerable to the slightest bumps.

  • Which film is best for heat?

    • Ceramic film is the most effective due to the way the material absorbs energy from the sun. If heat is your biggest concern, be sure to let us know and we will ensure you are taken care of.

  • Do you offer a lifetime warranty?

    • We offer an authentic lifetime warranty. For as long as you own your vehicle, we've got you covered.
